We had just seriously decided to begin our house search. I had a realtor who had retired, so we were doing as much on our own as possible. We were out driving by properties and had a couple open houses to stop at this particular day in Gambier. We met Martha at the second one. She let us look a few minutes and walked around with me a little. As is his habit, my husband was all over the house and wandered back to find Martha and I in deep discussion. But Martha knew what we wanted and stood her ground for us when needed. She also got us a great price on the perfect home for us. We both couldn't be happier with her.
