Sadly, I needed to sell a family member’s condo that had passed away. I do not live in Florida and I was anxious about the process. Marta proved to be the perfect choice for me. Marta’s communication is incredible. I knew what was happening and what needed to happen every step of the way. There were several things that needed to be done in order to sell the condo. Marta found handy men to assist. These people did amazing work, were dependable, prompt and the costs were more than fair. She not only contacted me regularly, but she sent photos of all the work that needed to be done, as well as the finished product. She was always available. She got the me price I had hoped for and the entire process was smooth. She’s a hard working, honest, straight shooter and I found that I trusted her very quickly. Selling our condo was critical as my husband was recently diagnosed with a life threatening illness and keeping 2 homes was not an option. However, we wanted to get highest return for our 12 year investment. Marta got right to it as the emergency it was. She sold the condo on day 1 and for full asking price. We had to leave quickly for Duke and Marta took care of so much more than just selling. She coordinated with family on issues far greater than any other realtor would have done. Her communication skills are incredible. She called almost daily to update us and the sale closed slightly ahead of the original date and for full asking. My family is so grateful to Marta. She is far more than just a realtor to us. She came through with minimal help from us. Marta was a miracle worker.

Marta’s knowledge, communication, and professionalism were all exceedingly good throughout the entire process. Through no fault of her own, my buying process faced delays and difficulties due to outside factors, but it was when things got difficult that I realised and appreciated how people like Marta are who you want guiding the way. Week or weekend, working hours or not, she was available to answer the many questions I had.
