From the moment I met Marta, I knew she was a perfect match for what I needed. Marta advised a few updates for my unit and completely respected my opinion — and skills— as we put together a mutually agreeable plan for moving forward. In saying that, I mean that I respected her expertise in setting up the house for quick sale and she respected my sense of design in staging my home. Equally important, Marta was ALWAYS available to me when I reached out. Additionally, Marta had a unique sense of when to touch base and see what I might need. However, I never felt Marta was pressuring or overwhelming me. I consider this to be an enormous skill! Her calls, encouragement, recommendations, support and offers to help with any and all tasks gently kept me on track throughout the preparation process. In the end, the house sold off-market, over asking price and with no contingencies!! This was a very satisfying outcome and a very pleasant partnership.
