I would like to start this review by thanking Marlin for extraordinary effort in selling my Dad's condo. He went above and beyond in completing the sale. I will explain. My Dad's condo was a part of his estate and I thought the sale would be an easy one. Boy was I Wrong. The inspection uncovered water intrusion and the buyer wanted assurances it would be repaired prior to closing. The HOA believed the problem was not theirs and Marlin was certain it was their problem. Marlin has extensive knowledge on building codes and made arrangements to get two additional inspections confirming the water intrusion problem originated on the outside of the building. He worked with the HOA and was able to prove to them the problem was indeed theirs to resolve. Marlin is without question, a great agent. He kept me up to date on developments throughout the process. He is a very hard worker and dedicated to his craft. So if you are looking for someone to list your property, you can not do better than Marlin. Thanks again for your help Marlin.

Let me start off by saying Marlin is the best real estate agent I ever worked with, and this is the 4th house I have sold. He is extremely detail-oriented and very knowledgeable. He told me what to expect right off the bat, and worked up very good comps to help me set a sales price that we were comfortable would sell within a month or so. He instructed me on what I should fix up right away before putting the house on the market in order to get the biggest bang for the buck. After completing those items in about 2 weeks, the house sold in three days, at the asking price. I could not have been happier. When the inspection report came out, Marlin himself offered to fix 2 of the 3 items, and did not charge me anything! How is that for impeccable service? Needless to say, I was delighted with Marlin, and will use him for every real estate sale or purchase from now on.
