Marlin is indeed great to work with. He listens to every request of yours and understands how to cater to it very well. He's got a wealth of information that he's never reluctant to share along the way and I really appreciate all the timely updates provided throughout the process. It was because of him and the referred lender; we were able to successfully close within 3 weeks of time (which I still believe is just mind blowing). Very͏ knowledgeable From day one, Marlin has not only showed us the houses, but also drove us around the neighborhood, explained the area, the house - why it was good and why not. This information was invaluable since we moved from Illinois and know nothing about the area and how the houses are built. Marlin was also very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely look for him again if I had to Zell or buy a new house.
