Marlin is indeed great to work with. He listens to every request of yours and understands how to cater to it very well. He's got a wealth of information that he's never reluctant to share along the way and I really appreciate all the timely updates provided throughout the process. It was because of him and the referred lender; we were able to successfully close within 3 weeks of time (which I still believe is just mind blowing).
