After understanding our situation with our children and our needs, Marlin was able to narrow down specific areas, help us with pros and cons. Once we solidified on 2-3 areas, he spent time with us going over maps describing traffic patterns, new developments especially points-of-interest and necessities, potential rezoning, etc. Since we closed Marlin has been in just as much contact with us and just as responsive to any of our questions.
