From day one, Marlin has not only showed us the houses, but also drove us around the neighborhood, explained the area, the house - why it was good and why not. This information was invaluable since we moved from Illinois and know nothing about the area and how the houses are built. Marlin was also very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely look for him again if I had to Zell or buy a new house.
