Mark was extremely helpful with my journey through the Salem real estate market. He asked questions and remembered the answers. He was able to help me understand the different types of homes that were offered in my price segment of the market. I was able to differentiate between HUD homes, Fannie May/Freddy Mac, foreclosure homes among others. We spent a month or two looking at houses all over town before we found the right fit in West Salem. Whenever a listing would come up, he was consistently able to meet with me and show me the house that same day. During the inspection phase, it was his idea to have the sewer inspected by camera. With that footage, he negotiated a significant price reduction. I will definitely use his services for future real estate deals.
