This is my 2nd time working with Mark. He helped me purchase my first home. I hired him again when I decided to sell my starter home and get a bigger house. The sell of my starter home was a super easy transaction. The purchase of my new home was a difficult purchase. The sellers weren’t the easiest to work with. The closing date was postponed multiple times for a total of two weeks. I’m certain that if it wasn’t for Mark and his team, the sale wouldn’t have happened. They did all the leg work and got quotes for everything instead of waiting on the seller to obtain them when they were most definitely dragging their feet. Mark’s team includes Chelsea and Andrea. I never got the chance to meet Chelsea, but she was nice and helpful when we communicated by email. I worked a lot with Andrea in addition to Mark. She was very helpful and patient. My fiance and I were looking for a house in the West Salem/Dallas/Monmouth/Independence area. We had a tight budget and some exacting, but not impossible, specifications. We had a standing date to view houses with Andrea Gonzalez every Friday night for a couple of months. She set up all the viewings whenever we needed them and was even able to add some the day they popped up on the market. We saw probably 50 houses and went through 6 different offers before we completed the process. Andrea made everything very quick and easy and always had a suggestion on how to proceed in our best interest. She was a lot of fun to work with and she coordinated with us, the loan officer, the title company, and the seller's agent to push the closing through even though we didn't get the appraisal back until the absolute last minute!
