Mark was selected based upon a short competition with other realtors who seemed familiar with the area. His competency and character were a great match for me - I am an engineer by training, and I like a factual, direct communication. I also required demonstration of the attention to detail and time needed. One of the other realtors I contacted asking for a proposal never did respond... Mark went to great trouble to communicate frequently and thoroughly. He handled details I could not get to because of the distance from the home being sold, he facilitated getting through a significant list of repairs and timeline constraints. If you are direct and practical, he is a great resource.

I was trying to negotiate with a seller on my own with no success. After reaching out to Mark, he was successful in getting me an accepted offer the next day. For the entire period to the close date, Mark was in constant contact with my mortgage company, the seller's realtor, and all other parties vested in this property. Mark is excellent, he helped us sell our home and did everything we asked perfectly. He is so helpful and knowledgeable. We wanted to sell our home for a specific price and Mark exceeded that price.
