When my brother passed away, my two siblings and I decided to sell his house. Mark Ramey reached out to us and he and his team treated us just like family. From the very start of the process, he was very thorough and clear in letting us know everything we needed to do. Once he did his research and helped me and my siblings set a listing price, we hit the ground running and got the house ready to sell. What pleased me the most is that for every job that needed done in the house Mark knew very competent people to complete the task. Through Mark, we hired painters, a plumber, a tile guy, a handyman, a roofer and a cleaning professional who were all so trust worthy, honest and very fairly priced. As all of us live out of state, we really depended upon Mark who handled the sale of our brother’s home quickly and efficiently. This best part of this process was Mark finding us and we agreeing to have him handle the sale of our brother’s home. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

I have never met a professional that is more sincere and with as much genuine, authentic desire to understand and exceed expectations. To add to this I am from out of state and will most likely not be a repeat customer. However, I was treated like I was an owner of their company. I am not being compensated and am pretty critical of online reviews but my experience with Mark far exceeded my expectations both in this transaction but in any customer experience I have had. This includes 5 star restaurants and exclusive clubs. If you are selling or buying real estate and don't use Mark, just know the best you can hope for is second best.
