This past year I was hit with the overwhelming task of settling my parent's estate. A major part of this process was selling the house that they had raised us in since 1978. Not having any experience with this I researched several realtors and I was fortunate enough to connect with Mark Ramey and his expert team at EXP Realty. Mark guided me through every step of the process including market analysis to determine a selling price, an estate sale/hauling company to distribute contents and advice on how to hit our target goals. Any questions or concerns were quickly answered by either Mark, Victoria or Teddy. When the house finally went to market we had a full list offer in 2 days and closed shortly after. This is the 2nd time I've used the Mark Ramey Group. Unlike other realtors I've used in the past Mark still has the fire to make deals happen. Without getting into specifics, Mark (and his team) went above and beyond to push a deal through with a lender that displayed the least professionalism of any of my previous nine real estate transactions. In addition, they handled a challenging communication (or lack of) from the other party. It is not hyperbole to state this deal wouldn't have happened without their going above, and beyond, to make it happen.

I had to take care of the estate of my friend and there was much I did not know how to handle. Mark answered questions and had a team that can walk you through selling and preparing your house for sale. The preparation for the sale was immense as my friend had lived her for 31 years.
