Let's start by saying that I don't know much about selling houses. I had to sell my Mother's house. My wife had recommended that we use a Real Estate agent and also that we use the Agent that her Aunt had recommended. So that is where we were introduced to Mark Ramey. He came to my Mothers home, walked through and recommended what we needed to do to get the most for the home. After spending about ten minutes talking to this guy, I knew this is the person we would work with. Mark is professional all the way. His demeanor puts you at easy and he listens intently to what you desire to do. Not only that, he has specific contractors that are just as professional as he is. We put together a timeline as to when to put the house on the market (after repairs and renovations of course). We reviewed the surrounding comps and listed the house. The process was very streamlined and efficient. His group takes advantage current technologies to make contract signing easy and convenient. When there were issues he would contact you immediately and explain the situation and recommend options on how to mitigate the problem. During negotiations Mark would advise me on the current market trends which helped me to decide what to do and how to proceed. Mind you, he never pushed any particular strategy on me but just guided me along the way. For example, I was provided with feedback from the potential buyers who viewed the house on what they liked, didn't like and what their level of interest was. This allowed me to see if I needed to make price adjustments or additional repairs to attract more buyers. When the house sold his team went above and beyond to effectively communicate what was happening and provided updates throughout the process. I want to share our experience with Mark. We had already moved out of state and we were ready to sell our house in Orlando. This was challenging since we weren't in Florida.
