Mark represented my dad when he sold his home in Vista and my dad referred Mark to me when I was put in charge of selling my mom's house in Oceanside. Mark was amazing to work with and made the process so much easier than it could have been given I do not live in the area (I never stepped foot in the house and Mark and I handled everything remotely). Throughout the whole process, Mark was completely transparent, and spent long hours explaining the real estate market to my wife and I. He never took any actions without first asking permission, and always made my wife and I feel very confident that we were making the right decisions. Furthermore, Mark never dumped us on one of his associates. We had a one-on-one relationship with Mark, we could call him at any hour and he would respond immediately, and he always treated us with the utmost respect. This is especially relevant in a COVID world, and Mark always took great care to follow the COVID guidelines to keep my family safe.
