To be able to sell this house for me at the price I desperately needed took nothing less than monumental efforts. Mark rocks it!

In February 2020, I contacted Zillow to inquire about a home in Independence Township, Pennsylvania. I was referred to EXP Reality (Amanda Huff with the Chad Leonberg Group). Amanda contacted me and stated she would contact the seller's agent, Mark Handlovitch, to make an offer. After a few months, I had not heard any thing so I spoke with Mark myself about the home. I learned she had only contacted him once about the house and never made an offer on my behalf for the home. During the discussion, we negotiated a offer and got the process started. The Chad Leonberg group was AWOL throughout the home buying process; I never even met them in person. Not even to see the house. But, fortunately for me Mark stepped in and picked up where they dropped the ball. He made sure paperwork was completed, showed my husband and I the property and secured us our forever home in the best interest of his client and us. In a lot of ways, he bent over backwards to aid us and the seller. He answered every text, call and email in a timely manner and never left us guessing where we stood in the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their property. He is honest and integral in all of his dealings. He knows the real estate laws and tax benefits very well. Not to mention he is familiar with the areas he serves.
