Her knowledge of our market was very valuable and we were very happy with our sale of our house and the number of offers we received. She had great suggestions on how to prepare our house for sale and the quick offers proved her right.

Very knowledgeable when determining price point for sale. In the end, we got over asking price with 5 offers coming in on the sale of our house, all in less than 3 days. The only concerning area we did not feel good about, was the extra cost for marketing and advertising, (or something like that). There was a one-time cost ($800.00), we incurred above and beyond the normal commission, to listing and selling agent. However, in the end, we were happy to get the home sold in a quick and timely manner. I would recommend Linda as your realtor agent
