Mark Elmasry was recommended to me by my daughter, as she has known him for several years prior to his working in the Real Estate Industry. During our first meeting, I found Mark to be friendly, personable, very honest and knowledgeable. He was very professional and came fully prepared with market information and current trends, and was familiar with prior successful sales of similar homes within my gated community, and was helpful in achieving my objectives. While my home was in great condition, he took the necessary steps and actions in the staging of the home by making minor cosmetic changes and recommendations and had a very successful first Open House. Fortunately, the house was on the market for a very short period of time before we accepted a very fair offer which was above listed price. He understood my level of stress/anxiety and made the entire process and transition incredibly smooth. He also went above and beyond his normal responsibilities and assisted me with the necessary changes that needed to be completed upon review of the inspection report. Mark did a great job for us especially during the past two years when covid caused a lot of abnormalities in the market. He was patient with us and never gave up on us as clients even when we were unsure of the market. He advised us when would be a good time to buy and when to hold off and he always had our best interest. When he saw we didn't love a house, he recognized that and wasn't pushy to jump into any sale we weren't comfortable with. Mark helped us purchase our first home in this crazy market that is 2022 and I cannot recommend him enough.
