This review is long overdue. Mark Edwards supported the sale of a piece of property I had in Golden, Colorado in November 2021. I was sad to consider selling the property because I owned it for over 15 years, but knew it was the right time to let it go. It was the first time I had ever sold property, so not only was I a little saddened but I was also terribly nervous. I didn't want anything was done perfectly and I was concerned that maybe I would miss a deadline. I explained to Mark that I felt like I needed an assistant to keep me on track, make sure I wasn't missing any important emails or deliverables, and essentially hold my hand from the start of the process to the end. Mark delivered that exceptional service and so much more. He took the time to meet with me in person (which during the days of COVID is not always easy to do), talk to me on the phone, text with me, and followed up on emails sent my way to be sure I didn't miss a thing. He always shared market insights and information that only a skilled agent would know, and this helped me understand how to update the property and price it to move. He represented me and my interests with the parties who were inquiring about purchasing the property, and I felt I was in good hands during negotiations. He literally went above and beyond to work nights and weekends to get this deal buttoned up and I was grateful for his thoughtful and kind nature. I don't think I could have been more cared for by any other agent. I can say to everyone who may be interested in finding an amazing agent that you MUST connect with Mark Edwards. He delivered on every single promise, always kept my feet on the ground, ensured that I never missed a deadline or deliverable, and was caring throughout the entire process (even though I was asking 1000's of questions and sometimes let my anxiety get the best of me). A million thanks to Mark for working with me on this sale and will certainly be back when we're ready to purchase another home.

I appreciate the work Mark did to help sell our house for top dollar, with the least amount of effort on our part. He suggested a pre-sale inspection to minimize any surprises from a buyer home inspection. We looked at comparable properties in the area to see the positives and potential challenges of our property. An analysis of property sales brought us to an offering price that made sense and was accurate for the market. Mark's work before, during and after the sale have made this an enjoyable experience!

Mark is an amazing agent! We worked with Mark as both buyers and sellers. He was very knowledgable and even found programs that we hadn’t heard about to make sure we knew about every option available. Mark did so much leg work for us, he would drive out to new builds to make sure they met our requirements before we scheduled a showing.
