Hired Mark to sell my unique, one of a kind property. No real comps so needed to be positioned well and professionally listed get to active interest and positive responses. Worked well in coordinating home showings and interactions between us the seller, potential buyers, agents and other folks such as inspectors. Home sold as desired!

Mark was very helpful in selling my house. His recommendation’s prior to listing were helpful and reassuring and spot on. He arranged for a handyman to do township compliance updates, obtained a locksmith on very short notice, did a lot of paper work to remove my deceased wife’s name from the title and cleared up an old mortgage lien that wasn’t closed out in the court house. I would definitely recommend him to friends thinking of selling their house. He is personable and very responsive. I was glad a friend recommended him.

Mark truly went above and beyond to exceed all of our expectations. This market is unprecedented and Mark adapted and adjusted his strategy accordingly. He always had our best interest in mind and never steered us wrong. He work tirelessly and satisfied every concern and ask we had of him. We are not easy sellers/buyers (we know that) but never once did Mark make us feel that we were being difficult or not worth his time. We changed our minds multiples times along the process as the market changed and when our tastes changed. Mark was a trusted partner and with us every step of the way. In addition his knowledge and experience in the industry is second to none. I have worked with other realtors so I have plenty to compare.
