I worked with Marjaneh buying an investment property in Irvine, CA. Over my years, I have bought and sold over a dozen properties across the country and I cannot say enough good things about Marjaneh. It isn’t often that you find a realtor with integrity as well as the knowledge and know how to negotiate a great deal. Through out my time working with Marjaneh, she was quick to respond, knowledgeable about the listings we saw, providing comps in the area as well as pros and cons of the neighborhoods. She made sure to stay on top of all necessary parties to make sure the deal went through on a timely manner as well. After the deal closed, she continued to follow up with me and the necessary parties, as this was an investment property and there was already a renter in the property.
