Maritza worked really hard for me. I had a lot of issues (husband in FL and I was in CA trying to sell our house) but she smiled and stayed so positive through the whole process. I wanted to give up on buying a home in FL and just rent. But she was so cute she would say. " It's up to you Willie but I can get you in a house." It just seemed impossible with the market.
