As a first time home buyer going through the process alone I have to admit I was scared, worried, hesitant and unsure . The thought of making this big move was at the back of my mind for months but I couldn’t pull the plunge. Finally in the beginning of the year I decided I wasn’t going to renew my lease. At this point, I met an agent through an aunt of mine and things took off to a very slow start. For a few months I didn’t get to view any home. My agent recommended I reach out to him if I find something that I liked. I thought this sucked and felt like why do I feel like I’m doing all the work? At this point I went from being worried to being very anxious and concerned taking into consideration that my lease will be up on the 31st of August 2016 and I had no plans of extending it.
This weighed so much on me that at work and the next day and I shared my concerns with a colleague who recommended Marite to me. I took to her immediately her professionalism and knowledge was beyond my expectations. Her assistant Ana Fernandez-Davila was God sent. She was so supportive and very responsive from the beginning to the very end of the process. She was very responsive to her phone calls and text messages EVEN late in the evening. They both assured me that I will find a place and truly with their help I found the perfect home for my family. The process went so smooth it frightened everyone around me and I’m very grateful.
I have to add this is the first time EVER for me to provide a review or feedback and this is well deserved Marite and Ana.. Well done ladies! Well done!! You both are a force to recon with.
