Marite was a Godsend!!!! As we casually kept a eye on the housing listings, we randomly went to an open house and fell in love with the house. We checked yelp and Marite and team just jump out us. We sent her a message and she called us within 30 mins. The first words out of our mouths were, "Help, we found a house!! and they need offers by Tuesday!!!" (Mind you it was Saturday night)... She went all in and began making calls/text to the listing agent. Our offer was accepted as Marite's reputation of being a great realtor led the way!!! She was with us every step of the way with constant updates and next steps. After all was closed with the purchase and seeing how great she was during that experience, we decided to have her list the home we now need to sell. Where to start 🤔 It was our good fortune that we found Marite.
