All I can say is Marite and her team are an amazing team. They work super fast and to give you my recent experience there was an open house set for Sat (7/2/22) and Kiley and Marite went all out so we can see the house 3 days before open house. We put in the offer the same day and the next thing you know we beat all the offers the had on the table and are in escrow now. Who works that fast???? Not even 24 hours. Marite and her associates work that fast. Highly highly highly recommend them.
