Overall my experience was good with Marion. He does understand the market and his negotiation skills helped to secure my offer. I had a chance to speak with the Listing Agent during the home inspection. He stated that Marion stood out to him over the other agents who put in offers for potential buyers. I will also add he was in Hawaii when he negotiated my offer and reached out to my lender, taking time away from Martinis, Pina coladas, and the beach which is a plus for me. I switched lenders during the closing process Marion ensured the process went uninterrupted allowing to close on schedule. Lastly during the walk through before closing he found a broken window which he had the seller add money to escrow to cover the repair.

Marion Cloud has been very helpful. He goes beyond what is asked to insure that you are satisfied and happy. I am glad that I have the opportunity to work with Marion in finding a place for me and my three children and I would not recommend anyone else. He is excellent!! Absolutely call upon him the next time.
