Marilyn went out of her way to provide above and beyond services. You can trust her to do whatever is needed to expedient your sell. Example: I was in West Virginia selling my place in Florida. There was issues with my roof and some smaller items that needed some work. She over saw the work and took on the stress I would have dealt with if I could have been there. I felt every penny Marilyn (real estate co) got was earned. I have no regrets and neither will you.
