She was open and honest with me--tempering expectations with facts-- and helped me to put out a good asking price based on her precise knowledge of the market. She walked me through all of the (often) complicated documentation. She clearly communicated her expectations and I could count on her to respond to texts and emails in a timely manner and to quickly return phone calls. In all respects she was professional as well as personable. When going under contract, she gave good counsel about what the right option was and when it was time to sign. She answered all my questions graciously and clearly, ready to repeat any information and patient to explain in greater detail.
