Having been a realtor myself for several decades, I am aware of all that goes into a real estate transaction. Rather than try to sell my home myself, I hired Marilyn since she has had a consistently great marketing plan for many years targeting the development where I lived and wanted to sell. I was right in my choice! She was able to inform me of the changes, improvements, etc on the homes in my development which helped us price my home correctly. When we got our buyers, Marilyn kept me informed daily as to what was happening, and while there were some delays (due to the buyers' mortgage hold up), she kept me informed. She answers her phone, responds to texts, etc.....and communication is so important between realtor and client. Since I managed several real estate offices, one of my tasks was to let my agents know when their mailboxes were full or when there was a complaint about them not returning calls, texts, etc......Marilyn was on top of things consistently throughout the process, and she always responded to my emails, texts and/or phone calls. I really appreciated her professionalism and knowledge which is why I hired her, and I'm so glad I made the right decision! She is an asset to any company she works for!
