Excellent! Marilyn exceeded my expectations. Very professional and knowledgeable. She was very helpful communicating and dealing with several tenant issues prior to the sale. Many buyers looked at the house. But, she found a highly qualified buyer and negotiated a good deal one day after listing the property. She continued to provide support for each step of the process until and after closing. Best Realtor I have ever worked with! Couldn't have sold my rental property without her. Thanks to Marilyn and the team!

Marilyn is a delight to work with! She is professional and very knowledgeable. Marilyn was kind, approachable and most of all patient. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home in the Palm Beach area.

If I ever need a Agent in that area I'm going only toask for her. From start to finish she had everything handled . Not enough time to describe her knowledge and skill at being the best at what she does.It wad a pleasure working with her.

Having been a realtor myself for several decades, I am aware of all that goes into a real estate transaction. Rather than try to sell my home myself, I hired Marilyn since she has had a consistently great marketing plan for many years targeting the development where I lived and wanted to sell. I was right in my choice! She was able to inform me of the changes, improvements, etc on the homes in my development which helped us price my home correctly. When we got our buyers, Marilyn kept me informed daily as to what was happening, and while there were some delays (due to the buyers' mortgage hold up), she kept me informed. She answers her phone, responds to texts, etc.....and communication is so important between realtor and client. Since I managed several real estate offices, one of my tasks was to let my agents know when their mailboxes were full or when there was a complaint about them not returning calls, texts, etc......Marilyn was on top of things consistently throughout the process, and she always responded to my emails, texts and/or phone calls. I really appreciated her professionalism and knowledge which is why I hired her, and I'm so glad I made the right decision! She is an asset to any company she works for!

Marilyn’s knowledge of real estate is vast. Not only did she sell my house but was instrumental in finding my new home. Marilyn is a great listener and really has you and your family’s best interest at heart. Our sale was seamless. Thank you Marilyn!

Marilyn used her in depth knowledge of the market area to secure our price and place. She is very professional and upfront with communicating with updates. Most of all, her warm and affable character made us feel as though she is our personal friend. I highly recommend her and hope to continue doing business with her.

I have dealt with different real estate agents. She was one of most active agents who will constantly update you and dedicate herself to make sure that house is good condition to sell. She gives honest opinions which really helps. If I am on the market, I will definitely ask her to assist. Thank you

Marilyn was very knowledgeable and made the process stress free, She had my place sold in less than a week and always had a backup plan. I already recommended her to a family member.

great job very professional / a real go getter keeps you informed at all times

I reached out to Marilyn to ask for help in selling my Condo, because I knew she was very successful in my area, and had a good reputation. Our first meeting went great and I decided to ask Marilyn to be my broker. I did not need to interview anyone else. Prior to going live with the sale, Marilyn maintained good communication, which was important to me as this was the first home I have owned and sold. Once the home listed, Marilyn got it sold it quick and for a great price point that I was very happy with. I highly recommend her services.

This was our first time working with Marilyn. She was referred by a mutual friend and we are happy that we selected Marilyn to list my mother's home. Throughout the process, we found her to be professional, friendly, and responsive to our questions. We are very happy with her service and plan to use her again when we sell off other properties.

MARILYN IS A REALTOR WHO IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL BUT ALWAYS FRIENDLY, WARM AND ACCOMMODATING. SHE WENT BEYOND HER RESPONSIBILITIES AS A REALTOR AND PERFORMED TASKS TO BRING ABOUT A NON-CONFLICTING AND TIME-APPROPRIATE CLOSING. SHE PROMPTLY ANSWERED PHONE CALLS, E-MAILS , AND TOOK WHATEVER TIME NECESSARY TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THE CONTRACT. SHE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH ALL TERMS AND DEFINITIONS AND RELATED THAT INFORMATION READILY. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH HER AND I WOULD GLADLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANY POTENTIAL CLIENT. I DID NOT KNOW MARILYN. I CALLED HER BECAUSE OF THE NUMEROUS POSTCARDS SHE MAILED TO ME WHICH WERE VERY IMPRESSIVE.
