Marilyn found a buyer for my ranch condo before my condo was even on the market. When I found a place to move to, I called Marilyn to see if she perhaps had a buyer for a ranch. She said No, but asked if she could come and take pictures. When she came that same day, I asked her what I should do and/or move to make my condo look better. The only thing she suggested was that I move a large plant. I moved it and the room actually looked so much better! In any event, she called me the next morning and said she had a woman in her office looking at the pictures of my ranch and asked if she could come and see it. I told her of course and she came the very next day and put an offer in that evening. Marilyn also helped me list some furniture for sale on a neighborhood website. The closing went as smoothly as it possibly could and I cannot say enough good things about Marilyn's professionalism, real estate knowledge, and wonderful personality. Thank you Marilyn.
