She applied no pressure to price the property too low, or drop the price too soon, and armed us with the timely and relevant information necessary to make informed and wise decisions. She conducted multiple realtor and public open houses, upon mutual agreement to a strategy, to drive awareness and interest beyond what the MLS could deliver on its own. She did little things, like touch up the paint on a fence and bring a leaf blower, to create an inviting and immaculate photo-op appearance for every visitor’s experience. She replied to every text, email and phone call ( there were many) promptly. To say she was “there for us” is an understatement.
