Marilee has been my realtor YEARS for MULTIPLE home sales and MULTIPLE purchases. She has always treated everyone involved with the upmost respect and the most up to date knowledge. I trust her with each sale and I know she will guide me in the right direction for my future and if its not available she will find it. I have always been so pleased and impressed with how responsive she is, even a year after closing, I can shoot her a question and she always has the answers on deck. With one sale, the sellers realtor was no where to be found when it came close to closing and there were issues with owners. He wouldn't answer phone calls, texts, ect. Guess who got ahold of him and came and straightened things out herself? MRS MARILEE HENSON. Not once, but TWICE did she saved our butts by getting everyone in gear for a great sale or buy. I 100% recommend her to everyone, always. She is practically family to us with how well she has taken care of us for YEARS and more to come.

Merrilee Henson was kind, patient, and diligent as I looked for a home closer to my daughter. She was always on target. It was a pleasure to work with her.

We signed a contract with Marilee while we were not yet certain we wanted to move- only touring sporadically and if we were highly interested. She was extremely informative and gathered every bit of detail about a home prior to touring yet she was patient, and never pushed us toward an offer we weren't ready to make. Fast forward to our offer on our current house where she managed to get us everything we asked for- and additional credit towards closing. The selling agent dropped the ball on certain bank required documents and did not communicate it to us until two business days before closing. We were on a time crunch and had a renter moving in to our current home by a certain date- The lenders and selling agent said we couldn't close with out the document - which would have been very costly for us. She navigated a deal with the title company and loan office to close with clear title and withhold only the proceed to the seller until he could produce the needed document. Ultimately she saved us thousands on temporary housing and also helped us secure our home :)
