Marietta handled our home listing 2 hours away from her home territory. She sat Open House within 15 days of the listing, after encouraging a few repairs for curb appeal. Though the first buyer fell thru, she continued to strategize how to 'get some attention' in this lower middle income demographic. She helped to 'right size' the inspection repairs to include safety and compliance. The 30 day escrow was completed on time with just a few minor adjustments needed for the FHA appraiser.
