At the outset Marie told me what needed to be done to the house before putting it on the market, and detailed a 3 week timeline. She also gave me a preliminary asking price. I told her the plan sounded great but I thought she was overly optimistic on both timeline and price. 4 weeks later the work was done, we had a successful open house and 5 offers above asking price. She's the best.
