Marie͏ is Magnificent!
I happened upon Marie as her office in Newton is down the street from my home. Looking online, I saw she had great reviews too and I liked the way she presented herself. So really, my reaching out to her was initially done out of convenience.
In talking to her, though, our conversations (yes, plural) conveyed not only her experience but also her commitment to having our best interests at heart. She spent a good amount of time, gratis, talking to me and my parents (whose home I was selling on their behalf) before even officially engaging her as our broker.
As the process went underway (while we were out of the country on vacation, no less) she and her team were communicative and forthright in their approach regarding all matters pertaining to the sale.
As I had never bought or sold a home before there was a lot I didn’t know and she took the time needed to be both broker and teacher, never withholding the reasons for her professional opinions and always willing to explain the marketing and, in my opinion, the madness that exists in the real estate market.
She’s kind and compassionate and ethical yet sharp, with a BS detector worthy of envy, and she uses it to protect you and to help you get the best financial outcome for you.
Not once does she make you feel dumb for asking the same question two or three times, not once does she reveal any frustration at whatever confusion or hesitation you, as her client, may have about the whole process.
I can honestly say I’d work with her again in a heartbeat when selling or buying a home because she’s earned my trust. And she’ll earn yours too, I have no doubt.
Marie and her whole team are so friendly, so caring, they still reach out and extend that even though the sale is over. I honest and truly hope I get to work with them again.
Congratulations to you for choosing her to be on your team.
