As first time home buyers it's especially important to have an agent who knows the area, knows the current market, and is looking out for your interests. Marie is all of the above and more! She's incredibly hard working, is available at short notice during offer crunch times, and sudden changes. She's always trying to get you the best deal. We ended up with a real fixer upper, which resulted in a lower than expected commission for Marie, but she never mentioned anything about that, and worked very hard to get us that house, and, believe me, the hard work was necessary as we did end up in a bidding war! Additionally, if you want someone experienced in the field and in the area (and you definitely do) Marie is the one to go to. Not only was she familiar with the seller's agent, she had actually helped HIM buy his first house years ago. I can't say enough good about Marie, but wait there's more! Her team is fantastic! Tiffany, the office supervisor, is absolutely amazing, coordinating everything in the background. (Shout out to you Tiffany!) And every other team member I met along the way was wonderful, polite, and ready to help! Truly, you couldn't make a better choice than Marie and the Presti Group!

I was referred to Marie by a close friend and am forever grateful! From the first day I met Marie, I knew I had struck gold. Being new to the Boston area real estate market, I had a ton of questions, and she thoroughly answered all of them without batting an eye. Out of the gate, she connected me with a terrific loan officer to get pre-approved, and we never looked back. I dragged her to a bunch of houses and condos for about a month (her knowledge about the nuances of each one was very apparent) until we found my “diamond in the rough”. Marie was wonderful to work with. She worked with me, while I was still living on the west coast, to find and purchase my Massachusetts property. We visited and viewed properties together via video, even while driving so I could view the surrounding area! Marie goes above and beyond to serve her clients and makes one feel like the only client that she has. She remains in close contact during the entire process.
