Marie was very knowledgeable about the market. I learned a great deal from Marie. For example, my landlord where I was residing tried to get me to vacate her premises in 30 days without any notice. I explained this to Marie and she took the time to provide me with information of the city’s clerk office to petition for my rights as a tenet to extend my stay. Marie educated me on the home-buying process as we went along. Because of Marie and her expertise, I now understand the entire process of buying a home. I was referred to Marie by my girlfriend (Carol Gauss). I will definitely refer Marie to other potential homebuyers. Marie was fabulous!!!!
