I think Ms. Goodloe went beyond her job as my realtor. She even successfully negotiated problems the buyers wanted fixed. I was overall pleased with my experience with KW.

Marie is knowledgeable, experienced, and competent. She did a great job in helping with the sale of our rental property. We highly recommend her! She worked in tandem with our property manager/listing agent to list and sell the property. We would definitely work with her again.

Marie Goodloe went above and beyond with helping me sell my home. She took a personal interest in my desire to move to another state and actually listened to suggestions I made, always giving her professional and truthful opinions. Mostly, I felt I could trust her in whatever she said and that was very important to me. This was the third home I'd sold and in my opinion, a lot of realtors are only interested in making a sale but that's not the impression I got from her. Since I was making an out of state move, it was very stressful for me but Ms. Goodloe reassured me she would do all the "leg work" and to allow her to do her job and not stress about things I couldn't control. She did exactly what she'd said she'd do and even came to help me finish packing up my house when escrow was closing - I was shocked! I've never heard of a realtor doing such a thing. All I can say is this lady cares about her customers and goes the extra mile to assure everything goes as smoothly as they can, even though some things are beyond our control in the process.
