I met Marie through my friend Andrea Augustine, whom I also consider family. After three months of searching on my own and contacting the listing agents about properties, I realized I might never find the home I was looking for. I called Andrea and asked her about the agent she had mentioned, and with excitement, she began to tell me how Marie had helped everyone in her family. All the other people she had referred had nothing but good things to say about her. Before I could finish speaking with Andrea, I received a call from Marie. We had an interview on Zoom and began finding a home; I only had 4 months to move. Because of the interview, Marie knew exactly what I was looking for, which made things easy for us both. We were familiar with Mary Goodloe, because she was the RE agent who sold us our hose 28 year prior. She sent us news letters periodically from realtor office she was working with. My Journey - I met Marie by calling her from a for sign in my neighborhood, to sell my parent's home in Compton which worked out great! Once that house was in escrow, Marie went right to work helping me and my family find our forever home. With her knowledge and understanding of our situation she did just that. Excellent experience with Marie Goodloe from the beginning when she was my realtor in the selling of my house and realtor to purchasing my new home. Marie was very professional she knew the market and knew what I wanted and made it happen. Very hard worker she drove me through the rain and I said to myself please don't let it snow because I knew if I saw a house I like she would take me to it. Made sure paperwork and paperwork was correct. Marie made sure I understood step by step every process and if I had any questions just ask or if I think of something I forgot to ask I could call anytime. Marie was always available when I had a question no matter how many times I ask her, never did she not have a situation she could not take care of. Marie drove me to see houses long and far than one day my son sent me a picture of a house he thought I might like I called Marie and ask her could she find out about this house for me and the next thing I knew Marie said get ready were going to see this house.
