Marie listened to my story on how I was painting my house and putting new carpet down for the holidays and I got to the last room of painting and said I want to sell my house I wanted to be close to my relatives which lived in another City. This is the same story I told Don and he said he had a good Realtor in mind which was Marie and he was right Oh yes not only did she sell my house I ask her could she also find me a house I just ask her I didn't know if she could do both I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask her and she said she could (yes) so that was Blessing. And after that I was explain of what was to happen step by step I was ask if I had any questions just ask her and I did, and she always was patience with me. My loan Originator gave me a person that knew what I was asking for and worked very hard to make it happen. She drove me to houses after houses one day my son sent a picture of a house he wanted me to see and I asked Marie could we go and see and we did I fell in love with it and the rest is history. Marie Goodloe sold me my first home and I had a great experience, it sold in six days. I feel she went above and beyond in her duties as my realtor. At the time of my last sell, the market was slow and I had a lot of stress getting my home ready to show and looking for another home to buy. Marie is the ultimate professional, she was always available to take my call or get back to me in a timely fashion when she couldn’t take calls. She was a great help in getting my house ready for the home inspection and found me a very nice realtor in Las Vegas. Marie also held several open houses to show my property and was instrumental in convincing the buyers who eventually brought my house to make an offer as they were interested in several other homes before finally deciding on mine. I also might mention that I already had a realtor when I started the process of selling my home but didn’t agree with her suggestions on certain things. First, I'd like to say that Marie is a true professional. She is a giant in the Real Estate field, and is very knowledgeable of the local areas which put her in first place when I was ready to sell my home. The process of selling my home was longer than normal, and probably a bit more complex due to the Short Sale, but Marie had a very positive attitude, and was very patient. She walked me through the entire process of the Short Sale, and answered any questions that I had. If there was a question that she wasn't sure of, she would get the answer, and call me promptly, I'm not sure of what Marie's techniques are, but her performance was impeccable. I loved working with her, and I'm sure that other clients will also. Everyone involved did an excellent job throughout the entire process.

Marie Goodloe went above and beyond with helping me sell my home.
