My Journey - I met Marie by calling her from a for sign in my neighborhood, to sell my parent's home in Compton which worked out great! Once that house was in escrow, Marie went right to work helping me and my family find our forever home. With her knowledge and understanding of our situation she did just that. She listened to our needs, was always responsive to my calls & text (and there were many). She answered all my questions and when she didn't know the answer, I love how she let me know, but letting me know she would get back to me later. She understood that buying a home is very stressful, especially when you're seller another and you don't want to be homeless. This was not and easy task, but I have to say. Marie made not promises and she let know that from the beginning. But I have to say because she gave us honest answers and we knew she had what she calls A Plan a,b,c & d. Excellent experience with Marie Goodloe from the beginning when she was my realtor in the selling of my house and realtor to purchasing my new home. Marie was very professional she knew the market and knew what I wanted and made it happen. Very hard worker she drove me through the rain and I said to myself please don't let it snow because I knew if I saw a house I like she would take me to it. Made sure paperwork and paperwork was correct. Marie made sure I understood step by step every process and if I had any questions just ask or if I think of something I forgot to ask I could call anytime. Marie listened to my story on how I was painting my house and putting new carpet down for the holidays and I got to the last room of painting and said I want to sell my house I wanted to be close to my relatives which lived in another City.
