First, I'd like to say that Marie is a true professional. She is a giant in the Real Estate field, and is very knowledgeable of the local areas which put her in first place when I was ready to sell my home. The process of selling my home was longer than normal, and probably a bit more complex due to the Short Sale, but Marie had a very positive attitude, and was very patient. She walked me through the entire process of the Short Sale, and answered any questions that I had. If there was a question that she wasn't sure of, she would get the answer, and call me promptly, I'm not sure of what Marie's techniques are, but her performance was impeccable.
