Marie helped my husband and I relocate from South Jersey to Cumming, GA. She was very professional, courteous and friendly! She took us around with her since we weren't familiar with the area. Which was very thoughtful! She got us a contingency agreement with the community we were interested in, but before we even signed all the paperwork, our current home had numerous offers. Couldn't believe how lucky we got! So, the contingency was quickly removed and we purchased the new house! We have been here since March and love the area. We have heard from Marie a few times since we settled. And every time was a pleasure! Would highly recommend her!

Marie helped my wife & I find a home with everything we wanted (Good condition, flat yard with room for dogs & fence, view of & easy walk to the lake, & in our price range) on Lake Lanier. We had looked for quite awhile before getting Marie's help & had gotten very frustrated with both the way we were treated & the properties we visited. Local knowledge is very helpful (especially on the lake) & we were able to make the best choice with Marie's help & guidance. After finding our perfect house, her assistance/expertise with the negotiations kept us on track & got us a fair price. Finally Marie was diligent in keeping things moving (working directly with the sellers, our mortgage company, & Us) with the related paperwork so we closed on time.
