Maridel Perlas, agent with Vanguard Properties, was born and raised in the Philippines. While in her native country, Maridel earned a BS in Management from St. Paul College, received with Honors: Academic Excellence in 1981. Maridel became a highly skilled banker through an extensive training from one of the biggest banking industries in the Philippines, where she gained experience handling financial transactions of both individuals and corporations. After relocating to the United States in 1984, Maridel received her first introduction to real estate back in 1995. Maridel’s background as a financial banker and real estate investor helps her understand the ever-changing and complex market, giving her the edge to be an excellent negotiator for her clients. Now, with over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry, Maridel has created a successful business by working hard and focusing on client relationships. The banking industry taught her the importance of hard work, follow-through, and communication – ideals which she continues to utilize today. It is her belief that trust and communication are the keys to creating solid relationships, and she demonstrates these in every client interaction. Maridel’s active involvement in the community, coupled with her many accolades and over two decades of experience and excellence, have resulted in her continued success.
