Best realtor hands down
I have sold many homes and Marianne is hands down the best agent we have ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable about the market and housing trends/worth. She just sold 2 homes for me and she guaranteed we would sell at the open house. Both homes sold at the open house for more than we were even asking. Marianne has become more like family. In addition to selling our 2 homes, she help both our daughters buy their first home.
