Successful sale of an estate property

Marianne provided valuable advice on preparing the home for listing, and sale. She had contacts with tradesmen and local government that were invaluable in cutting through the red tape and making forward progress towards a sale. Her insight on buyer preferences helped me make decisions on what was good to keep, and what was sentimental trash. Tough love, but always with a positive attitude. I appreciated all her efforts, and she fought for the best deal. Gratefully

Knowledgeable and always there to help.

I have known Marianne for a long time and have bought and sold houses using her as an agent. She is very knowledgeable in her field and always there to provide feedback and help with anything I needed in our buying and selling process. She pays good attention to details which I like. Would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a property.

I highly recommend working with Marianne and her team. Marianne helped explain, educate and guide me through all the necessary steps required to list the property, she even recommended the law firm used to finalize the estate sale. Her team, more importantly Sandra went above and beyond to make sure the tenants were minimally inconvenienced, inspections and necessary paperwork were completed timely and effectively for the buyers agent. This team is compassionate, knowledgable and was instrumental with finalizing the sale of my parents property. not only would I recommend this team, but I plan on using them again to sell my existing property and help me find my forever home! Marianne, if you read this, please know how grateful I am for you, Sandra and Doug for everything you did to get this sale finalized! In my personal opinion, you guys are the reason why this sale happened and happened so quickly. I appreciate you!!!
