Plan Well Executed

Enjoyed working with Marian to sell my condo. I found her to be very professional and responsive throughout the sales process, and in tune with market conditions. In particular, Marian advised on a plan to list and show my place that led to a signed contract within a week after the listing and above the asking price. I highly recommend Marian!

Absolutely the BEST!

We’ve bought and sold a number of houses over the years, but we’ve never had an agent work harder for us than Marian Huish. Even while out of the country, Marian was always available to answer questions, research comps, and even write offers. With her network of colleagues, Marian arranged to have agents to show us properties when she couldn’t. We selected most of the properties we toured, but the one that we purchased was not on our radar. It was suggested by Marian, who thought it might be a good fit for us. It was perfect and had it not been for Marian, we’d still be looking. Even after closing, Marian is still helping us by tapping into her connections with reliable contractors. In short, Marian Huish is absolutely the BEST!
