Maria Wells, Broker/Owner, is exceptional and tireless in her efforts in working with us both as a seller and buyer. She is a consummate and gracious professional, and her attention to detail is impressive. She persevered for two years with us in an extremely challenging market and ultimately achieved the perfect result. We highly and unconditionally recommend Maria Wells, who takes care of her clients.
Maria is a consumate professional. Her expertise in the real estate market is immediately obvious which generates confidence in her ability to close the sale. Her communication skills are excellent so that it is a pleasure to do business with her.
To be honest, I had come to Maria with much trepidation. I had had unhappy experiences with a number of previous realtors. Maria was different: she was totally honest, knowledgeable, and a go-getter. She was always straight with me and was always right in her assessment in the value of the property and the status of the market. She got a better price on my condo than I ever expected. She is relentless in getting the job done, and done right. She gave valuable counsel and I am pleased to call her a friend.
Well if ?????????? doesn’t say enough let me tell you more. I have never met a more professional and eager to help Realtor as Maria Wells. She listed my property on Thursday, had an open house on Friday and that same evening I had four offers. Yes, it ended up being a bidding war. In fact the offer I excepted was more than the list price. I never knew selling a home could be this easy and stress free. Thanks again Maria and Mike for all your tremendous help.
Maria & Mike did an awesome job handling our property. We have no complaints & would recommend them to anyone. They are very kind, considerate and most importantly, professional!!
Maria Wells and Mike Scofield go above and beyond what a typical realtor would do. The house they sold for me was a disaster. Maria and Mike were instrumental in hiring and overseeing the contractors to bring the property from a health hazard to a home I would want to live in. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and go the extra mile for their clients. I would highly recommend them and have recommended them.
