As a part of our move from Pittsburgh to Port St Lucie, we built a new home in Tradition. Staying on top of construction along with all of the concerns of a long distance move as well as a real estate closing posed many challenges for us. Maria was amazing from start to finish. My mother recently passed away and this was her home my siblings and I were selling. Obviously, this was an extremely difficult time for our family. She was extremely compassionate and kind, She was never too busy to answer a question etc. She truly went above and beyond, We were not an easy family to deal with due to the circumstances, Maria made herself available 24/7. She answered countless questions without hesitation. Maria is a wealth of knowledge, I felt 100% confident that Maria could easily handle any situation that may arise and she mostly certainly did!! Maria assured me on day 1 that we would get the house sold and less than 2 weeks later she had the house under contract. Maria not only did her job but she also kept us informed every step of the way while also playing psychiatrist at certain times LOL. I honestly can not recommend Maria more highly. I am absolutely thrilled with the job she did. In the future I will definitely be using her for all of my real estate needs.

This sale was more complicated than others as the home we were selling was 1000s of miles from where we live. She made what could have been a very taxing situation as seamless as possible.
