I was looking on line (from Arizona) at a couple of new builds in Jensen Beach/Stuart; an area I had never visited. I saw Maria's videos on You Tube. So we called her prior to our visit. She was great to work with. She knew the area very well and was very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of Florida Real Estate Law/Transcations (numerous differences from Arizona). She even took us on a detailed tour of the area, which we fell in love with. We ended up buying one of the properties we looked at; and got a great deal on a new townhome.
