Maria is an excellent agent! She’s patient, personable but professional, and well versed in the real estate world! As first time homebuyers my family and I had no knowledge of the home buying process however, we felt very comfortable letting Maria take the wheel. When we started this journey I had one goal at the top of my list and that was to be able to put up a Christmas tree up in my new home. Needles to say, Maria had a goal in mind also and that was to get us closed within 30 days. Well guess what? She got us closed in under 30 days and now I get to put our Christmas tree up before Thanksgiving! 🤣🤣🤣. My husband and I were a day away from putting an offer on a home when we found out that our agent was changing career paths and couldn't assist with our offer moving forward. Due to that fact, we were assigned to Maria that day and were totally thrown off by working with someone new just a day before sending an offer (who wouldn't be). But once we met with her, she was absolutely great in working with us and helping strategize an offer based on comps, following up with other agents in similar properties, working with our lender, etc. And she was so personable, warm and genuine -- something I find not to be so common in the home real estate field (or at least from some of my experiences). She had our best interests at heart and it really showed. On our offer date, she really made my husband and I feel good about the offer... Actually, I'm sure more so than if we were with our previous agent. And our offer ended up getting accepted! We were so shocked that it happened as we were really looking forward to continue our home search with her :) She's been amazing throughout this whole process and I COULD NOT recommend her enough! Maria is Amazing to work with! She is devoted to meeting our needs an requirements for a new home. However, she was very realistic and honest. As a first time home buyer she was very thorough with all the confusing details. She was always available and ready to help. She is very passionate about her work and does everything she can to make sure that things are done correctly. I really appreciated all she did to get us in our new home.
