I have had the good fortune to benefit from the professional expertise of Maria Eberle as both a buyer, seeking the perfect condo in Rossmoor on behalf of my elderly mother, and as a seller, having her represent me in selling that same condo 10 years later. As my mom's agent, she worked with me for almost 5 months to find a level-in condo that met almost all of my mother's discriminating requirements. Throughout the time my mom's condo was on the market Maria remained sensitive to my period of grieving and the difficult task it was for me to dispose of my mother's life-long possesions and ultimately her home. She never rushed me, but came up with a realistic deadline to get the home ready to put on the market. And although it took a little longer to sell the property than we originally anticipated due to a slow market, Maria remained the consummate professional and stayed optimistic throughout until we succeeded under her direction in negotiating an excellent offer from the buyer.
