Margot Layland

My husband, Paul and I had an incredible experience working with Margot Layland. She went out of her way to help us even before we officially committed to her services, demonstrating her dedication from the start. Throughout our search, she was available 24/7 and always answered our questions promptly. Margot is quick, resourceful, and deeply knowledgeable about the local area and beyond. She provided excellent home options and narrowed down exactly what we were looking for. Beyond her professionalism, she was fun to work with, and we genuinely enjoyed her company. If you want a realtor who is tireless, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with, hire Margot. She was more than just our realtor; she was a wonderful partner in this huge milestone.

I have used Margot as my Go To realtor for the last decade. Margot has always proven herself to be the Consummate Realtor at every step and every challenge . Her knowledge of the area and the market is unparalleled. She is an absolute joy to work with. She literally makes you feel like your family. I cannot praise or recommend her enough!! Legends Realty would be lost without her!!

Margot was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She expertly managed every detail throughout the process, from beginning to closing and beyond, allowing us to focus on what mattered most. We truly appreciated her dedication and support. Thank you, Margot!

Margot was 2nd to none, instrumental in helping to sell my condo. She assisted in lining up the repairs and being there for appointments on my behalf for appliance installations. I could not have sold the property without her! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart! David

She is so sweet and good in her job I would recommend her to anyone who wants to buy or sell their home I give her a 10

Margot was a great help in helping us navigate the process of buying the condo. She was quick to respond to our questions and provided us with assistance and feedback when we asked.
