My husband, Paul and I had an incredible experience working with Margot Layland. She went out of her way to help us even before we officially committed to her services, demonstrating her dedication from the start. Throughout our search, she was available 24/7 and always answered our questions promptly. Margot is quick, resourceful, and deeply knowledgeable about the local area and beyond. She provided excellent home options and narrowed down exactly what we were looking for. Beyond her professionalism, she was fun to work with, and we genuinely enjoyed her company. If you want a realtor who is tireless, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with, hire Margot. She was more than just our realtor; she was a wonderful partner in this huge milestone.

Margot was 2nd to none, instrumental in helping to sell my condo. She assisted in lining up the repairs and being there for appointments on my behalf for appliance installations. I could not have sold the property without her! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart! David
